The tenor part book is the only known part book extant. The final leaf is printed with blank staves.

’Ave Virgo sanctissima’ is labelled ’Canon. Erunt duo in carne una’; ’O admirabile co[m]mertium’ is labelled as for five voices; ’Stabat Mater dolorosa’ has a tenor secundus part labelled ’Tenor secundus. Super la sol fa re mi’.

Copy at K.8.b.7.(5.). Imperfect. Tenor part book only.

Copy at K.8.b.7.(5.). In the tertia pars of ’Stabat mater dolorosa’, under the tenor secundus staves and the last line of the tenor primus, a text has been added in manuscript: "che secada che secada buzerona buzerona, che secada buzerona buzerona che secada, Amen Amen Amen Amen". Samuel Pogue translates this roughly as: "what a bore, what a bore, what a bloody, bloody bore! Amen, amen, amen, amen!". Music has been added to the blank staves on the final leaf in manuscript.

Copy at K.8.b.7.(5.). Letter pasted inside back cover in German from musicologist Ernst Vogel, Musikbibliothek Peters, in response to a query, stating the book was printed by Buglhat-Campis and Hucher in Ferrara ca. 1546. This information was entered into earlier British Library printed catalogues and has been refuted by other musicologists.

[Copy at K.8.b.7.(1.).] Brown leather binding with decorative tooling. Gold lettering on front and back: TENOR. Gold lettering on spine: MASSES, ETC. - TENOR.
